Met @WarmRushes for the first time im ten years last night.

Went to wetherspoom, took wedinos tested, pure, washed, hogh quality mephedrome/4-mmc. Hadn"t had real mephedrone in twn yeara either.

I absolutely love that lad, he is a main reason I got into the sort od hippie, alternative culture of Newcastle/the UK.

As very early adopters of mephedrone due to the original classic EADD thread where it all began, it was a delight to sniff gorgeous clean mephedrone, smoke lush hash, and have an absolute crease whilst getting off our faces witn a classic. =D

Love you man. Hopefully can convince him to post.


Oh and @Ismene2 - he told me he'd been taking the best acid ever - gammagoblins, and doing loads of candyflips.

Me and my BL man at the pub were talking about how you only reek after like 5 grams and 3 days at an afters.

I actually think this would do so less, as it simply has a mild safrole smell. I have a hunch it was the precursors/contaminants that made old meph sell; this stuff is so well washed it just doesn't reek the same. I'm very impressed. Had a lot of meph analogues over the years like 3-mmc since meph got banned, and they were never quite right. This hits the sweet spot.

Was so buzzing he brought up Gamma Goblins and Dr. Seuss. I love bluelighters. We were talking about operation ismene as we both were going to order just before it happened, and I was telling my conspiracy that it was named after you as an errr... participant.

So this was as good as pre-ban? o_O Not had any meph in over two years. Sometimes think about it, but not sure my mental health could cope with it these days. :rolleyes:

Interesting to see some familiar names (EADD legends) on that thread, straight in there at the very start of it all.

I didn't catch on until about 12 months before it was banned, IIRC.

Absolutely loved the stuff, I was amazed how good it was, but if I could go back in time I'm not sure if I would have bought any more than the 15g or so that I got in the pre-ban fire sales in the last legal days.

It was a sad day when my stash ran out, all too soon it seemed, and I badly regretted not buying a LOT more at that time. (But in the long run it might have been a blessing)

Things were going absolutely great with no problems, when I was using Mephedrone ONLY for going out to gigs etc, but when I discovered that it was also great for spicing up a night at home listening to tunes, and /or going on porn binges, that's when my usgae started spiralling. As with anything that works really well for my brain chemistry I found it very compulsive and fiendish stuff.

Never did find anything remotely as good as pre-ban after trying several times in the wake of the ban. Got disappointed and let down so many times that I eventually stop trying 6-12 months post ban, and ended up switching to MDPV to fill the empty space that the lack of decent mephedrone created.

I didn;t find MDPV anywhere near as enjoyable as mephedrone, but it kind of scratched some kind of itch that I needed scratching.

I think circulation issues were quite common with it. I had pins and needles in my fingertips, but a glass of red wine was recommended and it did solve the problem, and the 2 things went well together.

I guess long term heavy use would probably have long term health consequences, it felt like it would do. It felt quite 'heavy duty' on the body. But it'll be very hard to get proper stats as people aren't very likely to mention or even think of mephedrone use if they end up in poor health several years down the line, which may or may not have been due to mephedrone.

I didn't know it did that. Was certainly never a core feature of my parties!

I'm not being a dick and I honestly don't know the full story of this, one subject I have scant knowledge on with drugs, but arent/weren't you an opiate guy? And doesn't that happen a lot? Or if it wasn't that bad then didn't you just like have an infected.finger? Jammed it in a door, had a spelk?

I remember the guy who robbed me when I had pneomonia last December from the hospital foyer, came back (after police took him), and he had a swallen and infected foot with an absess (he was walking through the hospital foyer bare foot too, the stupid cunt, while I called him out and was calling him a cunt

for robbing me).

There were quite a few stories of body parts going purple/blue on meph. Do a wee bit of googling and you will see...
 
Used to snort and then IV the stuff and it was lovely jubbly. No swollen fingers but it did turn us yellow after a while and was harsh on the veins. That stuff looks great not had any for about a decade.

Ahh yes, I seem to remember something about that now I hear it in those terms. Isn't it a bit like most drugs do that though, even md? And then you have the real bad ones, like 25I-NBOME, where issues are rampant.

It's not too bad. Causes my kidneys a bit of jip, a few mental issues, and dehydration that takes a few days to fully resolve. But never seems to have caused any long term issue 🤷‍♀️
