I like cured meats!!!

"Hello, I'm new here" seems a bit repetitive and I do love my cured meats. Been perusing this site for quite some time and there really is a wealth of knowledge here. Hopefully I can add to this resource and community. I'm a divorced male (sup ladies 8) ) 35-45 yo. I reside in a city east of the Mississippi and most folks view me as a seemingly "normal" member of society (whatever that means).

I will get into my hobbies/likes/compulsions/addictions and all that meaty stuff later on.
