HYPOTHETICALLY, if a lifeform was to binge 900mg Vyvanse in the course of 39 hours and now it has now been wide awake for roughly 49 hours..
How much trouble will this lifeform POSSIBLY experience until it has completely rid it body?
Is Vyvanse known to cause Psychosis, or depletion of stuff like dopamine or serotonin?
And as UNREASONABLE it sounds, this lifeform has been UNABLE to eat a single thing or drink more than 8 oz of water, cuz its throat is horrifically sore and it is nearly impossible to get fluids in its system..
And this MAY BE THE BIGGEST ISSUE, the most important issue that will lead to more damage and possibly the deciding factor in this lifeforms health or possible lethal outcome??
Its heart is violently pounding and concerns other lifeforms that it may just stroke out.

24, 6'3", 250 lbs, has had extensive experience with the majority of all substances.
Was prescribed 30x 30 mg Vyvanse, unfortunately, but its goal is to get back on adderal, but due to impulsivity, decided to consume 5 30mg caps, was pleasently surprised for the first 6 hours, but then redosed another 150mg, and continued that cycle of redosing ever 4-6 hours, repeatedly redosing 150-180mg without hesitation or fear, and for quite a loooonnng time felt moderately stimulated, however right around its last dose just had a feeling something was off...
Pupils are dilated more than any other Amph has, face become a sickly red color, and around 2am this I felt an immensely overwhelming sense of unease, and have been literally doing nothing but sitting in one spot since it first took the initial dose.
When it stands up it gets a strong disorientation and lights turnin on and off give this weird flash that almost blinds and makes it and really is starting to effect its perception of reality vs fantasy, beginning to create full-blown auditory hallucinations and it is now starting to visually feel a distortion.
I can truly say this lifeform looks really like its gonna just drop without notice.
Lifeform WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT GO TO A HOSPITAL. nothing will change that
Now at 4am it took 2mg Xanax, and then at 11am took 4 mg xanax.
Hoping the benzos might help slightly, but the main concern is a possible heart attack, full-blown Amphetamine Psychosis, or depletion of chemical in the brain,

So from your experience, had any fatalities occured on massive Vyvanse doses, or a possible stroke or heart attack..
Yes I no its critical to get food and fluids in its system, that is the hardest thing to do...
