I only have 9 days of work left before I go on holidays... I'm seriously considering giving them my 2 weeks notice while I'm still on holidays so I don't have to go back at all.

If you're okay with money , quitting is definitely a viable option. Working while in school can be super difficult and stressful!

Well after the 3 weeks in another state as well as working both Christmas and New Years I'm set for money for quite a while. Although planning to head to Canada to visit Maya and ad lib later in the year means that I would need to work a little while I'm studying
