I just blew like wax/cartlige out of my nose....

I posted in BDD because i think snorting adderall caused this, but anyway i just like had a piece of a wax like, soft piece of skin, its shaped like a booger, come out of my nose...
Its kind of concerning.
Any opinions on what it may be?

We won't be able to tell you what it is. If you're worried enough I would go see your doctor. How long have you've been snorting things up your nose? If its been awhile I would definitely go see a doctor.
