Stimulants I have taken too much base. Urgent help needed, please.

I apologise if this is in the wrong section, or against the rules or something like that but I didn't know where else to go for advice.

The current time is 8:30pm on Saturday.

I took about 1g-1.25g of base from 12:30am-3am roughly early this morning at a club. Everything was fine for a while, felt really good, talkative, only downside was my stomach felt a bit funny, and I couldn't stop burping, or moreso get the feeling of needing to get a burp out of my throat.

I got home at about 7am and proceeded to play around on Facebook and such for a few hours, hours went by and my state worsened.

I was literally constantly swallowing air then burping it back up to try and clear my throat. My entire body was rushing from numb to tingly to pain and back within seconds. My heart was and is still going ape shit, rapidly increasing and decreasing in rate.

It is now nearly 20 hours since I first dosed and I have not slept, nor eaten a thing except a few crackers since then.

I am shivering, tripping slightly, my heart rate is ridiculously erratic.

Once again I apologise if this is wrong, but I need help and I didn't know where else to go.

Hi, its 12:15 pm saturday where i am, how are you feeling now,
not sure im allowed to suggest what to do if its suggestion to take something,

but first take big deep breaths through your nose until your lungs are full then blow it out slowly through your mouth,

im kinda sitting here in pretty much the same situation but with dodgy E's,
i started about 10pm friday and im getting similar things ,
heart still racing, still can't sleep either, extemely sore head all night, sore neck, extremely trippy , very tense & edgy, trembling through my whole body,
but i had a few spliffs and that took the edge of the trippyness,

i think if you went to doctor/hospital they would probably give you a valium,
that would help slow your heart down & help you relax then sleep so if you got 1 kicking about , i f i had 1 i would take it, cos its so horrible being like this
and your thought take over & send you into a panic attack so the breathing will help , hope this helps

Instead I'm just relaxing in front of the TV with a hot water bottle eating fruit.

I had exactly the same happen to me about a year ago. Had some decent phet and did slightly over a gram in a night. By the morning I had gone completely white with bloodshot eyes and was throwing up some purple acidic shit! Viceous comedown body wise. Never found speed that bad on the brain but it can definately be rough on the body if you abuse it.
 
Its not 1pm on Sunday.

I got up a few hours ago feeling great, my stomach was churning a little bit but not really. Over the past couple of hours my stomach has started churning heaps hard, and it feels almost as if there is still base left in my stomach and its trying to process it. I've had a small breakfast but its just made it worse.

I think I'm coming up again. Fuck.

Is there anything I can do to prevent my stomach processing whatever is left?
 
The thing is that i never experienced what you are going through so i dont know how to help you. However, you mentioned you were eating some fruit along with hot bottled water. Why dont you try doing that again and see how that goes. Hope you feel better, bud.
 
Hi! -Sorry, this is far too post-event to be any use this time, but if it happens to you again, try:-
1. [This is ok in a medium panic situation, if yr really in a heavy panic mode, chest pains, tingles, numb limbs etc, go for #2., although, you gauge it, you might want to get an ambulance sorted]
-Stand upright, legs evenly spaced, shoulders relaxed, back straight, arms loose at yr sides.
-Head up and level, neck in-line with your backbone.
-Don’t worry about yr heart rate, that’ll sort itself out.
-Take slow, measured breaths through yr nose, filling yr lungs as far as they’ll go, and let the breath out easily through yr mouth.
-Begin gently pulling yr shoulders back with each in-breath, and let yr shoulders slacken when you breathe out. Try this a few times, and also focus on the slow, steady breaths; every breath in is bringing in something positive (fresh air, maan), so try and think of one good thing each time; with every breath out, lose a negative thought (eg. Shit, I‘m Oding/bastard infarction/paramedics’ll see I didn’t change me jockeys).
-Every so often (because this is not about exerting yrself), slowly bring yr arms back with the in-breath, and with the out, palms out, make a pushing away motion.

2. [This is good for bringing the BP down, and, even if you can’t sleep, getting yr body more relaxed]:
-Emphasis again is on SLOW

-Lie down on yr back on a bed/ flat surface. Yr aim is to be in a position where there is no pressure on anything.
-Have yr legs straight out, feet slightly apart.
-Arms by yr sides, hands unclenched, palms up if comfortable, down otherwise.
-Head and neck, straight, not forced back too far, but you need yr airways clear (you’ll find a point at which breathing through mouth & nose is much easier).
-Regulate yr breathing as in #1: ie., in-breath positive; let the negative go with the out-breath.
-Starting with yr feet, yr going to relax yr body / get rid of tension.
One foot at a time, turn circles with each, clockwise then anti-.
After you’ve done this a few times, you should feel them (tell them to lose the ache/tingling/just relax).
-Focus on yr ankles (don’t bother trying to turn them, or anything else, y’d be onto a loser). In/out breath routine, focus on them relaxing.
-Calves next, then knees/back of knees, thighs, pelvis, lower back, lower stomach etc: basically, yr looking to convince yr entire body to ease down. Diaphragm, heart and lungs are particularly important -give them plenty of encouragement, as with throat, nose/mouth/ left/rt brain, back/front/ top of yr head.
Don't rush the process, or it's pointless.

All of this may seem daft or obvious to you, or indeed, others may disagree (I’ve prob. described this terribly, or so it seems all-tae-fuck, all I know is, every time Nasty Uncle Bill’s persuaded me to push my luck a little too far, it’s worked).
 
Having had a great deal of experience with amphetamine and methamphetamine in the past, and being bipolar on top of that, I find I can not take any form of stimulant (even a single Ritalin) without some come down aids. Naturally, benzos are the best, something that crosses the blood-brain-barrier fast but has a long half life (i.e. Valium or Klonopin) so that you can take as little as possible and receive full coverage relief for the duration of your comedown. The proper dosage of benzos, which varies widely from individual, can completely overpower any negative come-down effects. If you have no tolerance I suggest 1 to 1.5 mg of Klonopin, possibly 2mg, or 20 to 30mg of Valium - that is if your crashing really hard off a high dose of dope or amp. If you have a high tolerance then you should be able to guage what you need on your own. I encourage 2.5 times your normal dose for heavy come-downs. But that is only my opinion. Proceed with caution.
Alcohol can also bring great relief, but is even more dangerous than benzos. Have the equivalent of a beer or a shot every twenty minutes until you are more at ease but set a limit. DO NOT take 2.5 times your usual intake of alcohol.
Opiates are easily as comforting as benzos but they can be very nauseating during a come-down since you probably haven't eaten. Again, you have to be careful here.
If you want a more natural approach I have found melatonin and valerian root can be somewhat helpful, though unfortunately much less so. Herb is the best natural remedy, though if you are suffering from paranoia or anxeity there is a definite chance that marijuana will increase these effects.
Antihistamines, aka benadryl, are more effective than you might think. Z-drugs like Ambien and Lunesta work great. When I really need to sleep, a little Seroquel will knock me straight the fuck out even if I'm strung out like a research monkey.
Anyway, those are my suggestions, but remember, safety first. You're coming down, not dying. Start low and increase as needed.
