(I have some worry) Has anyone ordered a test kit from ez-test.com?

Has anyone ordered a testing kit from eztest.com? I recently ordered a test kit(EZ Test Complete) directly from the website eztest.com. There is no info on there site about the shipping of their products. I have been trying to get in contact with customer service multiple times about my product being shipped to me but I havn't gotten a response back. I used paypal to make my payment just like the website advised me and Im starting to get the feeling that no one is there shipping the orders. I did everything right and my account says that they received my payment. I hate to say it but... did I just get ripped off? Am I going to get my test kit? Has this happened to anyone else? Please post if anyone has any info for me

I'm sure somebody in another thread said they'd ordered and not received from the same place.

I just went into a hippy shop and picked mine up.

Yes, but I don't think they carry them (test kits) here due to liability laws. :( They have a hard enough time selling glass & pipes.

Hi there, I have not used the EZ Test White, and don't know of anyone locally in the US or Canada that sells it. The only thing I can suggest is that you go to the EZ Test website and click on the "Have a Question?" link to the left of the page. Maybe they will accept an international money order for you? Let us know what they say & good luck to you! :)
 
They don't have a customer service phone number?

That is pretty shady...

I was thinking of ordering mine from Dancesafe.org
 
^^^ I know that the Australian kits that you can order from Pill Reports can only be shipped within AUS, they can't ship outside of the country. :( I think a lot of the problems with the money order thing is some banks (I can only speak for the US) have stopped accepting international money orders due to so many cases of fraud. :(

We'd love to see you over at Pill Reports! :)

Dancesafe never delivered for us. We had to charge back. Very frustrating experience. We do not use paypal. So I haven't seen another way to get a test kit. I might try to ask a friend with paypal to order for us...

There are other sources online selling LE test kits but they are single test units and pricey.

We have been wondering about the possibility of making our own test kit with various acids... not sure what it takes to make your own mecke reagent...

I also ordered and paid for my EZ test kit...its been 3 weeks since I got the confirmation email...Im in the USA (California)...and wondering how long it will take to get the kit ?? Thanks..
 
For AU have a look at Enlighting test kits - http://www.enlighten.org.au/wordpress/kit-sales/

If anyone wants another supplier of the eztest kits (exactly the same kit) then PM me - I have a new supplier that delivers world wide, they also have a contact email and telephone number.

I have to say that the service seems to be improving again through eztest so were all hoping that normal service will resume soon. Another thing is if you dont receive your kit within a few weeks (from any supplier) you need to be contacting them and your bank to find out whats going on/canx your payment etc.

That 'used' to be the norm with eztest and all the mods on PR were always saying 'use eztest' a few months ago we got a lot of complaints about late/non delivery-no customer service etc and it set alarm bells of with us all.

Seems like it was gremlins in the works and things are slowly getting back to normal.

^I'm really pleased about that - tbh we havent received a single complaint about them for ages now so things must be back on track.

I would still advise anyone to PM me before ordering though just incase we can offer you a cheaper supplier etc
 
When i bought a kit last month, customer service was non existent, shipping slow as hell, but I eventually got my kit...
