Opioids I Have a Really Dry Nose. How Can I Snort Opana?

My nose is really really dry and I am going to snort some Opana IR. I tried this yesterday and it failed. I know my nose needs to be wet, how can I goo about doing that. Saline solution makes it dryer as expected.

are you ill at the moment or something? if so you're only going to prolong the illness, potentially exacerbate it and symptoms and end up in a worse state than currently.

have you tried mixing the opana into a saline solution and "snorting" it that way. it's a much easier method overall on your nose and nasal cavaities, etc. you're not clogging your nose up with inert binders/fillers : tiny bit of drug, further spreading pain and inflammation to the area and it's getting a flush as you're taking the drug, not further drying it up.
 
I'm not ill and honestly it's kind of weird that my nose is dry. You're saying to put it in a saline solution and snort the liquid with a straw?

Is there anything wrong with snorting Opana on a very dry nose? Or is it a different reason that yesterday I had ridiculously diminished effects.
 
it's probably a sensible idea to not be putting any powder up your nose while it's unusually dry. if it's that disconcerting to you i'd get it checked by a doctor. snorting is likely to further irritate it and speed up the production of an illness if you're starting to come down with something.

you prep the solution in an oral syringe or one with it's tip removed and simply spray bit by bit, tipping your head backward while it absorbs. no need for a straw at all. for the tek, use the search function and you'll find plenty of threads with methods included within the discussion.
 
When I was overdoing it, one day I woke up with the area under my eye swollen. Like my eye was droopy. I had gotten an infection and had to go to the hospital for treatment. I didn't tell them I was snorting drugs because I was too embarrassed. But the doctor said it was a good thing I came in. Infections so close in proximity to the brain can quickly get worse. So I would hold off any snorting until this is resolved. Be safe.
 
Okay, let me try to clarify what I was asking.

I am looking to find how I can get the most out of my Opana pill considering that I have a very dry nose. I also cannot breathe well through either nostril.
None of this is related to snorting pills or an illness. It is just the way I am. I am not worried about an infection, making an illness worse, or trying to have a safe smooth snorting sesh.

All I am looking to see is if there is a way I can get the most out of this oxymorphone pill! Without IV

well, in that case, it is against the forum rules and guidelines. you might want to re-check them.

we can tell you how to use a certain way the safest way possible, but not give subjective advice on which is the better way to take a drug. sure, the rule might sound a little supid, but it's there and needs to be followed by:) it only encourages people to post about how to get high(est) and promotes little harm reduction in the process.

Did you read the OP's post? They used saline to no avail.

@OP, how are you so sure that this is not caused by nasal administration of drugs that were designed to be taken orally with tons of inactive ingredients?

This is a major drawback to nasal administration, when shit like this happens, you're pretty much shit out of luck and will have to skip dosing altogether.

Take this as a sign that what you'd doing to your nose is not harmless and has consequences. I damaged my nose and sinuses really bad by snorting oxymorphone. Unfortunately, insufflating them was the most efficient way to dose, other than IV (which is obviously out of the question) so when they reformulated the ERs, I was just like, "Well, this is it!" and stopped abusing it.

Any drug that only works well nasally or IV'd is one to be avoided.
 
Eat a really fatty meal and than eat the opana to increase the oral BA to 30%, which I think is 10%-15% under nasal BA. It wont hit you quickly, but it should work.

Alchohol also potentates it to something like 200% and could be use, but definitively take a SMALL dose and do not drink a lot of alchohol. I would make a mix drink with about 1/3-1/2 half a shotglass worth and it potentate a good amount. Again I can not stress enough BE CAREFUL if you decide to potentate this way and start low on the opiate and alcohol.

If you can not wet your nose you can attempt to soak the opana in a minimal amount of water and put the water up your nose. Many people dissolve multiple opanas into water and than put it into a nasal spray bottle to make an easy measured dosing method. This may work for you. If you do it you should also stuff cotton into the bottom of an oral syringe and than back load the solution and filter it through to try to remove as much filler as possible, which could help you loads as there will be less going up the nose as well as less stuff to block the oxymorphone leading it to end up going down the back of the nose and into your stomach.
 
At this point I'm kind of saying fuck it. That is really good advice if I try it again. I had not touched an opiate in at least a month, maybe more, and sniffing 45mg did jack shit for me. I'm not a fiend I use once a month or so so no tolerance but this is just fucked. I've gotten better effects from a tiny 60mg of oxy oral which is grade 7 stuff.
 
Do not mix alcohol with oxymorphone, it has such a variable effect on the release of oxymorphone it can decrease levels by 50% and increase them by like 250%, causing unsafe and unstable conditions.

I suggest you go back to oxycodone, I have no idea what you mean about "grade 7 stuff" but I see no need to fix what ain't broke.
 
Sorry I'm just frustrated. On the rare occasions I do opiates, and they do not work at all, I feel like I wasted a lot of money. What I mean by Grade 7 stuff is that 60mg of OxyCodone is such a small amount for me it's hardly even worth it.
 
have a decent break from them? let your tolerance drop and your bank rise.

60mg IR oxy isn't exactly what i'd class a small dose, fwiw. it only goes up from there if you continue.
