Opioids I have a question about fentanyl patches..

What is the safest and fastest way to get Fentanyl Patches into your system?? I'm getting 50 mcg gel patches and want it to hit me fast but I'm a little nervous trying it any other way than just sticking it on. That's the only way I've done them before and it takes FOREVER to kick in and I'm in a LOT of pain! Any SAFE suggestions are wanted and welcome!! THANX!!!
 
stick it on the inside of your cheek in your mouth, should absorb MUCH quicker. Just be careful! Fentanyl patches are responsible for many an accidental overdose. If sticking the patch in your skin normally gets you fucked up, then DON"T stick the entire patch in the cheek, cut it into smaller pieces. If it's a gel patch then cutting it up won't work well for obvious reasons, but i don't see why sticking the gel under your tongue or between your gums wouldn't work. Just remember to be careful when dosing. You can also smoke the gel, if that's the kind of patch it is. :)
