Opioids I have a piss test today, If I snort Opana right before will it show up in the test?

I have a piss test today with my sub doctor and was wondering if I snort right before will it show up in the test? I know this is stupid and I should just stay on the subs but I'm new to subs and was craving it yesterday so its been almost 20 hours since I last snorted 2mg of sub. I heard it takes 3-4 hours for opana to show up in you system. So if you know anything about this please share. I appreciate any help. Thanks!
 
Yes it will most definitely show up on the test.

Why can't you just wait until after your piss test?
