Hi people,
I'm a chronic smoker, I have smoked everyday since 2008 which is 16 years. I have a swab test in 2 days time which I'm pretty certain I'll be clear for as I haven't smoked in 3 days either so there will be 5 full days for my saliva to clean itself hopefully.
My issue is I get up for work at 6AM but no matter what I cannot fall asleep. I avoid bright lights, TV, my phone before bed ect but for the past 3 nights I've just been staring at my ceiling in the dark, the last time I looked at my clock was 3:48 and I was up for work 2 hours and 10 minutes later for work.
I thought oh fuck it I'll just take 150-300mg codeine before bed it will flatten me like I'm on a lilo in a hot tub (I've had experience with larger than normal codeine doses before now) but then I realised I'll fail on opiates then.
I then thought I'll take diazepam but they test for that aswell! What legiate absolute knockout sleeping aid can I take that won't be getting tested for? As far as I'm aware the test will be same as roadside?
Thank you
