Edit: I should not go on BL when I have taken cold medicine (I did have a cold but I did not take the right medicine for it)

Depends, what did you take?

Dextromethorphan, a common cough suppressant, is also a dissociative. That's my first guess. Higher-dose acetaminophen can also cause mild sedation. What do you mean by spacey, per se?
