I have 4 days to become healthier!

This past weekend was my senior year Homecoming, and I did a little partying and recognize this has made me less healthy than I'd like to be in 4 days when I plan to roll. I would like some advice on rejuvenating!

Normally I'd just get a lot of sleep and make sure I eat healthy, but after this weekend I have never felt so drained and out of it in a long time.

All this past week I was low on sleep as per usual school year. I began friday with smoking some weed, ~15 or mg Valium, and drinking lightly (>Two beers). and probably less than 6 hours of sleep that night. The next night I had another 15 or so mg of valium, followed by much more weed, moderate to heavy drinking, and cocaine. Once again less than 6 hours of sleep. All weekend eating like shit.

I truely have not been this excessive in a long time, and it seems to have kicked my ass. Especially the Valium.

Sunday morning I felt awful, and throughout the day felt like crap at work, and ate even more crap. Went to bed early and got 10+ hours of sleep, woke up today and I have not felt this terrible in a long time, I've felt cross eyed all day at school, blurred vision, headache that begins if I look too far to the right or left, overall feeling incredibly weak cognitively. I just woke up from a 4 hour nap, and feel better but not great. I think the culprit was the Valium, I have never used it before.

This week will not be an easy one school-wise, plus planning for this Friday just went hectic. I realize in I am currently in no state to be rolling all night long, as I had wanted to be in tip-top shape by Friday.

What can I do sleep/food/vitamin wise to prepare myself? I'd rather not go out and buy a TON of weird supplement to "increase" or "enhance" my roll as that is not necessarily what i'm worried about, it is more my overall health I am concerned about. this is a very important school year for me and at this rate by next monday morning (after rolling that friday night until far into the AM), I will be in pretty bad shape.

Thanks!

Drink more water than you usually would, about three liters a day. Avoid fatty foods, sugars, carbs, dairy and starches. Try to cleanse your body by eating foods that aren't excessively seasoned or overcooked. There's a lot of different daily vitamins and supplements that you can take to restore your system, but in all honesty I've found that gummy vitamins work pretty well for a quick fix.

A really good way to determine what kinds of foods you should be consuming is finding out your blood type and Googling what sort of diet is best suited for your blood type. Getting a sufficient amount of sleep and drinking plenty of water should be your top priorities above all else though.

You just described the diet I've had my entire life hahaha.... Especially starchy and carb filled foods...

I hate to anything that isn't overcooked, raw feeling foods make me gag.

I eat a lot of fruit, but other than that, it's all that you described.

What could I eat? I feel like anything outside of that has no... Substance, you know what I mean?

Otherwise, drinking a ton of water (as per usual), sleep is kind of problem cause my pattern is so messed up, I end up getting to bed way past the 8 hour of sleep mark (Just hit the 8 hour of sleep mark, It's 10:35 and I have to be up by 6:35). Not only because of homework but because I had a 4 hour nap, which never seems to help anything.

I have flinstones vitamins, I'll take one each day.

yep plenty of h2o and good fresh healthy food, everyones got their prefs...mine are fruit, veg, and fish helps me out.

exercise is critical, sweat it out and get your juices going again.

obviously sleep. hope you feel better soon!

Exactly. White meat is your friend, red meat will weigh you down. Baked chicken breast is good, fish is great. Steam some veggies such as broccoli, carrots, kale, brussel sprouts..pretty basic. Eat granola (rolled oats) with fruit if you want some substance. Another good filler is brown rice. Check out some paleo recipes.

If you need help sleeping, go for a walk before bed and take a hot shower. Don't watch TV or play with your phone before bed, try reading a book instead. If you aren't dedicated to that, smoke a bowl or two a couple of hours before you should get to sleep (or at least enough to make you call it quits and go to sleep).

**Oh, and try to get your hands on some Calm if you can. GNC or another local health store might carry it. It'll get your digestive system moving smoothly and will relax you. The raspberry lemon flavor is really good mixed with some grape juice and diluted with water. That or you can add it to some hot water which might also help you feel sleepy.

Id up your water intake. Go to a health food store and buy some quality salt like celtic sea salt...or himalayan sea salt...
Add a pinch of this salt to each litre of water. This was assist in mineralisation and will help reduce the amount of times you have to pee as a result of upping your fluid intake.

This is the best thing you can probably do if you dont want to up your intake of raw foods.
Even if you can't eat things raw...just aim for 'less cooked'. I.e. With eggs, having the yokes runny is the most important thing...

Basted eggs are really good with soy sauce and sriracha. All you have to do is let it sit in the pan on low heat and cover it until the whites are cooked and the yolk is still runny. Best way to cook eggs in my opinion.

benzos + alcohol are a dangerous combo.

otherwise, wtf? as young as you are, you need not worry about a healthy diet and shit iyam. just get a good night's sleep before you roll.

I realize it is, I didn't drink THAT much. I was pretty certain that it is only dangerous because of how easily you can get very drunk very fast. Combinations like that I usually take pretty good caution towards, the only cobos I'm ever worried about are combos that are dangerous long term or just simply stupid; i.e. DXM/MDMA or opioids and alchohol

Yeah hahaha, from a lot of the suggestions I'm getting a lot of stuff that I just cannot and will not not eat.

Well I felt better by later noon today. I just have never in my life felt so, shitty from any drug or partying.

Think of you will feel after rolling, shitty feeling before rolling + a night of rolling = waking up in hell.
