I know EXACTLY what you are going through...I struggle with that that every day, even though I have removed myself from the person, I still can't get rid of the situation....sorry, probably not very comforting, but I still hope every day that my brain will let me let it go...I've tried, but for some reason, I just can't release it right now...hmmmm.....
