I don't know a whole lot about Phosgene, but I just watched this video the other day on it. And it does seem like a small amount can be dangerous. Here is the YouTube link if you are interested... Did you say this was a long time ago or relatively recent? If you are still experiencing negative symptoms I would recommend seeing a doctor and ask about possible exposure to Phosgene. (I'm not sure of your economic situation and if a doctor is affordable or not, I also have no idea how the New Zealand healthcare system works). Regardless, I hope that you make a full recovery and have good health.
Best wishes!
This was about 10 years ago. Whatever damage was done, is done. I wouldn't want to know how fucked I am tbh. I don't think my level of exposure was so high that I did anything drastic to my health but who knows. It was enough exposure to disable me temporarily and have me spewing on the side of the road barely able to see.
But I've been told it's most likely a panic attack despite no history of them and I'm being too aggressive so I'll just leave it. I just wanted to share this story so others can show caution if they are ever in a similar situation. But alas, there's no danger apparently so don't worry about it guys. Huff and chuff away.
