There was a transaction done. You bought pills without IDing them first and you got ripped.

It really sucks, I know, but a new set of tires is worth more than $40. Escalating the situation here is not a smart idea. Take your business elsewhere and write off the $40 as a learning experience.

You could have been straight up robbed. Be glad you walked away relatively unharmed.

how would he even know it was you? Doubt it'd teach him a lesson. But thats just fucked up IMO because tires are expensive and although hes a sleezbag, you did hand him $ without checking out what he gave you.
I've gotten burned before as well, twice. 45$ on an oz of "shwag" which turned out to be grass, and 40$ for oxy by a "friend". The second time only occured b/c i trusted someone who was a junkie. I know it feels like shit. But unless its something a bit more serious, i'd say let it go.
Your putting yourself at risk doin the tire shit.
Go with the phone thing instead if your out for revenge.

I don't get how you guys straight up let people take your money and treat it like a learning experience like I should thank him for taking advantage of me. I had a guy on 10 hits of acid put a .38 to my face and pull the hammer back over .3g of weed and I still wouldn't give it to him, not because I cared about the weed but because I don't get taken advantage of. I won't make the mistake of not ID'ing next time, but that won't change what I choose to do to them if they try to pull one over on me.
