Here we call it the old hag. The trick to getting the better of sleep paralysis is to treat it like a trip i found then it ends

Ya bro it has literally killed people it's of course seen as explained by science in America not like the CDC is worried about an Old Hag ghost killing people in their sleep XD

This dream is real guys, i was so surprised i thought the only one who experienced this only me xd. But after searching, i know a lot of people arround the world also feel like me. Btw i felt this dream when i am just 15, now i am 22 and still sometimes i facing this dream again and again.

If anyone here is a doctor/psychologist and know the knowledge about it, pls tell us what it is and how to stop it.
