I drank this morning..

So at 11 o clock this morning i had my last drink, about 8 in total. Its about 9 pm here, am i good to take 20mg of oxycodone (700mg acetaminophen)
 
I'm a bit late responding but I'm assumung you plan to take two 10 mg with 325 mg apap. You should be okay just don't drink any more alcohol with it, instead water or juices.
 
no you are not safe taking oxycodone, espeically with tylenol. apap and alcohol will completely wreck your liver, never combine the two! of course if you have less than 3 drinks and taake no more than 325mg

Did u read the post or what, he said it was 10 hours since his last drink. All the alcohol would be metabolized and gone by then.

Yes. Even if he drank that much with the oxycodone, he wouldnt die, it would just damage his liver and it would leave scar tissue.

I've mixed oxycodone with hard liquor many times. its the increase in apap that matters the most.
 
although i agree that he wouldnt die, it is still not a safe combo. the OP should wait atleast 24hrs, even after 10hrs, there will be alcohol in his system.
 
Ok so i did it before the rest of you said not to. But im okay but today, i took 2mg xanax, from 8:30 this morning (.5mg) 11:30 (.5mg) and a 2 this afternoon i took 1mg more.
So can i take like 10mg hydrocodone+20mg oxycodone at about 10 tonight?
 
I do not see the point in asking a question and then going ahead and doing what you were planning to do anyway, before reading any of the advice.

Anyhow, the only risk you have in combining Xanax with opiates is respiratory depression. If your tolerance is high enough and you have experience with both class of drugs, you SHOULD be fine. It is eight or so hours later as well, so you have less of a chance of getting respiratory depression than taking them both together at the same time.

The APAP and the alcohol combo IMO was worse, you will hurt your liver if you keep doing that. Also, you seem to think that because you are okay today, then you are fine and will make it through all other days of drug abuse. Let me remind you that liver damage can not be felt until it is in its late stages and you realise that you have turned yellow when you go to brush your teeth in the morning. Same shit if your kidneys are shutting down, you will not know until it is late in development (if you do not get your self checked out obviously).

What are you talking about, the first guy said it was okay and some other websites said it would be okay so i went with that advice.

Sorry mate, I was going along with that post in relation to your first post. I must have misunderstood something. Apologies.
 
You will always get conflicting answers here lol. I would not even give that liver scarring comment a second thought lol. I have abused so many drugs, so many combos. Way higher doses than you described combined with more alcohol than u described at the same time. Overdosed on benzos and alcohol, od'ed on ecstasy, od'ed on meth, abused weed and alcohol on daily basis for years and my liver is fine, been tested a couple of times. I'm totally clean today tho.

First time I tried Morphine I had 120mgs of oxycontin that day, was an alright experience nothing that great lol
