So i was wondering why is it when i go to sleep and wake up during opiate withdrawal i feel fine then through out the day its steady gets worse till evening when im full blown i heard most people wake up in withdrawal but i dont i go to sleep wake up and feel fine then slowly go down hill maybe im not as hooked as i think??? Altho been on heavy painkiller abuse for legit pain and not gonna lie a buzz anything from morphine to codeine morphine being the strongest i have taken iv always been smart about it never wanted to.touch heroin or anything stronger even tho hydros oxys and morphine really dont do much anymore (except a few hydros or morphine and a 40 mg oxy now thats a feel good ride ) at my worst i was crushing and swallowing 4-5 60 mg morphine (mscontin) a day at once but half life is so long thats all i needed to stave off withdrawal for a couple days iv recently ran out yet again and am withdrawing but always wondered

The only drug I've ever woken up & had some withdrawal was Opana, that's some nasty stuff.......morpgine lasts forever, so I never felt any withdrawal.....I could take a 15mg morphine phosphate pill at 8pm.the night before & be OK until the next day afternoon around 4pm.

Hydrocodone was about the same, but damn Opana had me sweating a bit while waking up, I like Opana's high & the pain relief I received, but the withdrawal is too nasty to keep taking it.
