"I DID IT!" (brag about your PRs thread)

220kg bench press at 105kg bodyweight and 302.5kg deadlift, again at 105kg, (I'm 6'1 so not a stocky midget :) )

Aim by the end of the year 227.5kg bench, (all raw, proper benching, none of that equipped crap), and 310kg DL, (eventually want 320kg).

Done 5 chins with 60kg around my waist, full range each from a dead stop.

Dips with 80kg x 8

That one time I did 365 on deadlift without a belt. I've yet to successfully do that again. :(
 
I'm finally comfortably repping 315 on deads. Slow, controlled and without a belt! Four sets! Not really a PR but it shows an increase in core strength. The greatest of times.
