I tried my friend's adderall as well and felt on top of the world...to the point where I even managed to get myself a prescription of 20 mg xr. Listen to a girl who in high school was the total AP/IB student captain of the dance team, motivated and passionated about life...it may help you now but in the long run you will regret every trying amphetamines. Now that I am in college I changed from normal motivated me, to extremely
If you choose to use amphetamines, it is something you are going to have to plan on using the rest of your life in my opinion, because even after you stop taking them (especially if you still get that super productive, euphoric everything is great feeling) you will always know how much better you could feel when you do you work.
My productivity hit rock bottom to the point where I had to receive incomplete's in all my classes because the overstimulation eventually turned into "I can't do anything anymore," adderall and any other medication just alters chemicals in your brain, if you truly don't have ADD or ADHD, the amphetamines are going to overuse the chemical you already have instead of correcting a real chemical imbalance.
Sorry for the rant, that it just my .02 cents. I just realized a few weeks ago that this last year of living hell stemmed a lot from my adderall, to long to explain how I came to those conclusions, but trust me when I say when you complete your work the old fashioned way you will feel so much more rewarded than letting a stimulant do the work.
Good luck on your paper
