Over the past few months, I've seem to become more sensitive to ambient lighting. Not entirely sure why though.
It always feels like it's too dark, even if I can see perfectly fine. I'll go outside to be in the sunlight occasionally which makes me feel better, but I work inside at home so rarely leave the house.
The feeling originally started after I was doing MXE for a couple weeks, so I just assumed it was because of that, but I haven't done it for months now so I don't believe that's the cause.
Googling hasn't yielded any answers, and symptoms of vitamin d/sunlight deficiency don't appear to give this as a symptom.
I've already replaced some of the lights inside the house with brighter and whiter lights, but it still doesn't feel adequate.
I'm craving sunlight, but just don't have a work schedule that permits me to be in the sun very often.
Does anyone have ideas on what could be causing this? Only other idea I have, is it could just be a depression type symptom, but I don't have any anxiety or other feelings of depression outside of my usual bipolar phases.
