i cant walk

It never hurts to get checked if you feel the need. It may be nothing but in the odd case it is you would be better off.
 
Are you experiencing weakness down one side more than the other? How is your speech, is it slurred or not coming out as you want it too? Can you lift both your arms out in front of you, and if you can, ask someone else to hold their hands in front of them, palm up, and attempt to push down, then flip the other persons palms face down, now attempt to push them upwards.

If you notice any weakness, Immediately phone your Countries Emergency service number. It could be nothing to worry about, but please, PLEASE contact the Emergency services.

If drug related, just don't mention drugs on the phone, you will not get into trouble, and explain you can not walk, and if you need to blag it a bit to ensure a fast response time , say your breathing is laboured ( I know we should not lie, but in this situation I think it is just). It could be a majority of minor things, although the loss of co ordinated motor control makes me suspect it is something else.

Promise me you will phone an ambulance, the quicker you get treatment ( If it is what I think), then you will virtually be back to normal in a very short time period.
And even if it ends up to be nothing serious, you can't not be careful with your life, you only get one!
