5 beans a month dont sound like much at first, but you aint really givin your body enough time to recover and replenish itself..
low serotonin will cause a lack of energy...your body is tryin to repair itself by compensatin with more sleep...but you need good food and exercise too...
thats why you feel like shit when you wake up. you can do either of those while sleepin.
so I recommendacatin you do a bit of both and lay off the beans for at least till spring.
