i can't pee while being watched

hello i just want to ask for some tips about shy bladder, i have this problem and i don't know where it has come from or why. I can't pee while being watched now normally i would just use common sense since i can't piss in public pee at home. But its more complicated than that im a parolee and being a parolee i have to take a monthly drug test and having to do this puts huge stress on me since i do have this odd problem. In order to cope the day before my drug test i don't use the restroom once from when i wake up till i wake up the next day to go take my drug test. This method has worked twice for me, but it put me in so much pain from my full bladder that i can't sleep the night before. yet even doing this while my parole officer stands behind me with a mirror infront of me i can barely manage to squeeze out maybe half a shot glass of urine which is just enough. after i pass my drug test i rush home in eminse pain to drain the rest of my bladder. Does anyone have any ideas as to how i could some how improve my ability to piss infront of others? it sounds so stupid and i have no idea why it matters at all if im alone or not.... thanks for your time and help.
 
I'm exactly the same, but I'm a woman and thankfully don't have to pee in front of anyone.

However, if i'm having issues peeing in front of someone (usually my partner brushing his teeth or something) I find it helpful to breathe slowly and tap my fingers to help concentrate on what needs to happen. I have to be very relaxed to be able to pee in these situations.

In all seriousness, how does this happen? Peeing doesn't take concentration. I mean, you don't normally have to make yourself pee, right? You just let yourself. It should push itself out of your bladder. I don't understand what part of this process goes awry.

Literally i stand in front of a urinal to pee, and if someone else comes in, they are done and finished before me.
Its sooo annoying isnt it!

I was thinking of putting a waterfall sound on my phone, playing that when i go for a piss lol
 
For the guys that are nervous to pee in public, why don't you just go pee in the stall? There HAS to be at least one stall, right? Maybe that might take away some of the anxiety.

For the girls, I guess I can't sympathize. I piss and shit in public restrooms and I don't care who has to smell it. hahaha.
 
some of the places ive been to Simply_live,
like the raves and that, have literally one toilet , 2 urinals and a sink,

In one place it was so small of a toilet, too many people there,
people was pissing in the sink Lol
 
I actually read this tip on bluelight before, on a thread about peeing whilst your on mdma (which is very difficult)

The tip was to actually imagine one of your enemies shoes, and you are going to piss in them.
It actually worked i was surprised.

I'm the same way. If it was noisy in there I think it would be easier since you can usually hear if someone is pissing. I really hate when it's a small quiet bathroom and there's a few people in there.

Going in a stall would only work if you were sitting. This would only work if it's early in the night, there are a ton of stalls, or it was just recently cleaned. If you go into a stall and someone else is in there in the vicinity I have the same problem with starting. The other person/people are going to know that you're not pissing since there's no noise of it hitting the water. Plus it's a little weird if you are going to piss and you choose a stall when there is a choice between a stall and urinal.
 
Those of you with issues peeing in public, have you tried flushing the toilet before you start, so then there's some noise? Have you tried running a faucet? Turning on the hot-air blower? *Shrug*
 
exactly its not i can just go in a stall when there people in that restroom for some reason i just can do it in public. i think most are taking it differently than i described tho, i don't have that choice i have a parole off right behind me looking at my penis to make sure its my actual piss and its even harder when its completely quiet and there waiting for me to piss.... i mean bladder is about to explode and i still can barely push out just enough...
 
flushing the toilet puts even more pressure on since you only have a limited amount of time before it's quiet again... at least this is the case with me. running the faucet would work but only in certain circumstances. for instances, if you're in a public restroom, it's kind of weird (and shows everyone what a wasteful twat you are) and at ANY moment someone could come in and turn it off. but in the OP's situation, i would definitely ask the PO if turning on the faucet is something you can do.

i have read (in the Playboy Advisor of all places) that holding your breath helps you to relax.

turn the faucet on a little bit so you can hear the water
works for me

holding your pee is extremely bad for you, so don't do that :(

nah it doesnt work its still takes forever for me even in a stall
 
How funny, Fawkes I was going to suggest the OP try holding their breath as it helps me but I wasn't sure it would be erring on the side of harm minimization.. Of course if it's done responsibly there's no issue. Just make sure you're not blacking out!

(that would end up making peeing even harder)
 
thanks for the holding breath tip ill try that. also i have no choice but silence with some one in the room over my shoulder waiting, the room the take me in to piss is small with nothing but a toilet and mirrors around. also i have no choice but to hold my piss in for approx. 28 hrs. ill do w.e. it takes to not go back to prison. but how bad is it exactly to hold ur p in for that long? i know its extremely painful.
 
Not sure how bad it is for you physically. Ive got the same problem and an anxiety disorder (related?), and a benzo helps me when i have a piss test. Its still hard though, i try to put my mind next to a river thats rushing fast and do my best to take myself out of the place im actually in.
