Some advice to the OP...
Frequency of meals is the most important factor to gaining quality weight while maintaing nitrogen levels..
Try to eat at least 25 grams of protein every 2-3 hours while you're awake...if you're at work, bring food...I'm not really a fan of protein bars because of their ingredients but if it's the last resort, then go for it...If you sit down and binge eat 2,000 calories in a short amount of time, you'll just gain fat.
If I don't eat anything for 4 hours, my body loses that "pumped" look and my sleeves on my shirt get loose....
