Ya'll have missed me alot around here...
Mah bad, busy weekend

I'm back... Jay

:p

I got alot of threads to catch up on

And horray for withdrawls 8)

Cold turkey every time bitches, that's the way i roll.

By the way, for all of you taking tramadol.

I seriously suggest that you guys stop.

It seems like a harmless drug, but it's not.

I already knew this in the first place but I ignored it.

The withdrawls from tramadol are the same as opiates, however traditional morphians (morphine and such.)
The acute withdrawls last about 7 days..

The worst part lasts 45 days, RLS, Severe Depression (worse than reg opiates), Seizures, SEVERE Lethargy WAY worse than regular opiates. And no sleep.

It lasts for a super long time about 45 days

And the worst parts are because of the serotonin and noradrenaline being out of wack.

I'm taking about 500 grams of protein a day now, to develop amino acids and opiate peptides

That's a savior for anyone who is withdrawling off anything... is protein and vitamins.

You're body craves it because it's so out of wack these things will restore natural balance by protein being "building blocks" your body converts them to amino acids.

I'm going to ramble on more soon... kidna distracted at the moment

But this thread will turn into a TEK for drug withdrawl, no matter the drug

I'm going to make a thread: THE ULTIMATE THREAD FOR WITHDRAWWWLLLL

I'm pro at withdrawl, I firmly beleive if you do the drug you have to ride out the shitty part of it

EDIT:

Tramadol is completely useless as any source of recreation

if you are going to take something to the point of withdrawals why don't you do something worthwhile

You remind me of alcoholics...

Ya know, i've made this post several times.

Tramadol is an extremely recreational drug, for some people they have more of a particular enzyme in their liver that metabolizes tramadol into M-1 (O-Desmethyltramadol) which is the active metabolite.

Tramadol itself acts on norephinephrine, so it gives you tons of energy, and it acts on serotonin which makes you happy.
For the people who CAN metablize it it will get you very very high. This is coming from a ex-heroin addict. a CPhT and a chemistry student.

MANY people will agree, and confirm what i'm saying.

Don't bash a drug because it doesn't work for you, that's like me bashing ur shit because I don't like it.

I've been around with drugs buddy, don't tell me or anyone else here that what they do is crap.

Everybody's body chemistry is different. Try living in someone elses shoes for a change

NOTHING makes me more mad than dumbass ignorant people, like OP here

Tramadol is said to be great for opiate and sub wds. According to those I've talked to, a two week tram taper alleviates the lethargy and fatigue, as well as that weird depression that follows quitting sub. I've only taken trms a few times and didn't notice much of a high, which is good for me, cause I'm a fiend when it comes to pills. So for those like myself who don't get a high from it, I think it can be a good drug to step of opiates and sub. I curious if taking trams for a little longer would help with PAWS. It's the lack of energy and motivation that leads to relapse for most of us. I mean just because trams may not get everyone high, that doesn't mean they won't provide energy and a better mood from the SSRI affect. Thoughts?

My body metabolizes it too efficiently... no goodie for me :( lol Glad others can enjoy though.

Why not just take some amino acid supplements along with the protein?

Good job on kicking it anyway. But I do loves me tramadol.

Yeah tahts what im gonna do

Ya know themost help i've done is colonadine

If you get down to the bare bones of it... this really should make it go faster, and much easier

I say it'll last a week
instead of over a month

Takin the kids to the park for the whole dayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Get some sunshine

Day 2 of opiate cold turkey

And I'm feelin grrrrrreeeeeaaaatttttttttttt

EDIT:

Yeah i really don't feel that great, but I feel better than one normally does during detox
Taking massive doses of protein, amino acids and vitamins are really working... I slept like a baby, with the aid of jwh
I woke up feeling refreshed
It's going to be a good day

I think I may be on to something here

wooot goo nexius and anyone else who is managing there addiction.
I constantly want it but I have not touched coke lately, and yesterday was my last day of cannabis use for a week or two due to a ua, but its going fine tbh.
GO EVERYONE WHO IS SUCEEDING WITH THERE ADDICTIONS!
do you think this might be good in TDS? with others to look up to nexius and try harder to maintain sobriety?

I'd wish for that

If you're going to do the drug, you need to face the negative parts of it

Otherwise you're not going to live life for what it really is

All opiates, including maintenance programs numb your feelings and emotions

what kind of life is that

trammies gave me a lot of energy when i would take them, which has been quite a long time ago, and i was dumb then i kind of assumed since they werent a narcotic they were safer, i was wrong, my girlfriend at the time and i ate a lot of them and i saw firsthand how bad they can hurt people. we were shopping and she had a really scary looking siezure in the middle of the store and fell back andbusted her head wide open she was in the hospital for 5 weeks and they accredited to that drug. needless to say thats one of the few i will not do or condone anyone abusing it

edit: and i dont mean one day we ate a lot, we were habitually taking them 30 plus a day each for months. the long term isnt good.

^Yea, a friend of mine had a seizure from her scripted amount. She wasn't even abusing them. I have negative reactions to them as well. It is in my medical records that I am "allergic" eventhough I am not.. I just don't want some jackass dr trying to script them to me for any reason ever.

Doing some research on my withdrawl cure I came across....

Opiate peptides play a HUGE role on how we live life....
They affect motivation by a large degree
Emotion (I.E. Love, attatchment, happy, sad....)
And of course how we perceive pain and stress and how much we eat

I found this extremely interesting, here is an opiate peptide... granted this info is from WIKIPEDIA (OH NOES) but w/e

Dermorphin is a hepta-peptide first isolated from the skin of South American frogs belonging to the genus Phyllomedusa.[1] The peptide is a natural opiate that binds as an agonist with high potency and selectivity to mu Opioid receptors.[2][3] Dermorphin is about 30-40 times more potent than morphine but less likely to produce drug tolerance and addiction.[4]
Dermorphin is not found in humans or other mammals and similar D-amino acid peptides have only been found in bacteria, amphibians and molluscs.[5] Dermorphin appears to be made in these through an unusual posttranslational modification carried out by an amino acid isomerase.[6] The reason why such an unusual process is needed is because the D-alanine in this peptide is not among the 20 in the genetic code and cannot be encoded in the genes by higher organisms.

I'm very intrigued
