It's a sixteenth of an Oz. Rarely used these days. It's used in some seemingly random Geographical and/or drug-specific areas. I understand Meth is often sold in this way? My Dad is a kid of the 80's and would buy Cocaine by fractions of an Ounce, so the shift to Metric has been relatively recent??
