The risk of passing out and asphyxiating on vomit is pretty severe with this combo, higher danger risk than normal just to blunt the effects of DXM imo personally.

Alp is known for inducing naps, DXM is known for inducing nausea. Really in the end it's just the specific danger of crossing an emetic with a sedative. If you mixed say, alprazolam with etizolam, neither of which are emetic yet both are cns sedatives, you'll not run this risk to even a remotely similar degree.

I just got out of the psych ward for this combination plus a small amount of alcohol and my regular suboxone which were both nonfactors, it was basically a fairly significant benzo overdose plus maybe 500mg DXM.

I am, or was at that point, extremely tolerant to all of those drugs. The only reason I combined so many is because it was the only way for me to get high. The only reason I used DXM is because I ran out of ketamine, but I was basically permatolerant to everything.

Anyways my point is the DXM and benzos will significantly potentiate each other and may easily lead to dangerous situations and/or overdose. DXM is both a psychotogen and increases extracellular GABA, which will significantly potentiate the benzo. The benzo in turn significantly increases behavioral abnormalities caused by DXM. It's an insidious combo.

The only reason I was in the psych ward in the first place is because I was so fucked up I could not communicate to them I wasn't suicidal. I would have never attempted to flee the hospital while butt ass naked if I was sober.

I cannot warn you enough about how sneaky this combo is into allowing it to ruin your life. Please take great caution here. I don't see any immediate lethal risk from the combo, its how it might end up causing you to act extremely irrationally that is the biggest immediate danger.
