Klue - you are going to be so jealous, I spent about an hour standing next to Bridgette (and Cherry) tonight at the Dolly Teen Choice Awards. Her hair looks like wool and her voice is reallllllly annoying. Same with Travis. His voice is actually more high pitched in person.

My boss was getting all surly and fired up (a few drinks in) and was like 'yeah she's hot, but her dress makes her look funny and Cherry is really short' and I think Cherry heard him say that he was short.
 
Yarni and I are total pseudo celebrities. We should be in the Big Brother house.

Seriously, Travis took over an hour to walk the red carpet. In every photo I saw him take he pulled a stupid face.

As for Dolly Doctor...yes. We talked about vaginas and periods and pimples. Then we went shopping at Supre.
 
omg, this one time i was sitting on the bus with my crush, and offered him a lolly, and pulled it out of my backpack, but turned out i'd picked up a tampon by accident!

it was sooo embarrassment!

Meh, I'm not jealous Leece, its all an act I have. Like the jokes I constantly make about Anna Kournikova, its just to make people laugh. But she would probably be cool in real life, personality counts most :)

Cool story though... kinda like when my sister had cones with the guy from Groove Armada. Well, minus the cones =D

went down to footy training (afl) no one else turned up.. BUT, one of the pipe bands was there practising for the world champs on this week, it was fucking AMAZING!
 
Things are finally falling into place... I am breathing a whole lot easier now. :D

(I just need a job - hired goon... anyone after a hired goon?) ;)
 
I've spent the entire day studying for Biology. This is not something a person would usually smile about, but I never study, so its a real coup for me. With any luck, I may actually pass these courses. :)

^I met her at St Kilda fest' earlier this year. She was lovely, but her horrid boyfriend hit on me very obviously after she'd gone to the ladies room. He was the dude who played River in Heartbreak High, anyone remember him?

I'm smiling like a fucking m0f0'. I'm set up in Brisbane at last! We had the best trip up from Melbourne staying at my parents and having a beautiful meal of tapas with them and a family friend on the Saturday.
Then Sunday was super-fun-happy-times with desirable folk in Syd-o-nee! It was fantastic to meet the lovely Ms. Joannie, and Unsquare was absolutely fucking extraudinary. Everything I had expected and more. Looking forward to many more catch-ups with the both of you! :D
Port Macquarie was absolutely beautiful. We've decided we need to paint one of the rocks on the beach-front at some point when we're next there. Although the duck from the local Chinese place was pretty average. :p

Now I'm sitting pretty with new matching teapots + tea cannisters from T2, a hand-mixer + baking tins for a coconut cake I'm going to bake on the weekend with the kiddies just watching the removalists unpack my stuff.

Oh, and I'm making Peking duck for dinner. Yeah, life is really really effing good right now. <3
 
6 years ago today, when she was 24, my cousin had her double-lung transplant. She's alive and rocking today. She had cystic fibrosis; A year after her first transplant, she had a kidney transplant due to the medication she was on devastating hers. Her father donated one of his kidneys.

6 years ago today was the first time in her life that she could travel more than 20km away from her hospital. She has traveled the world now, having visited every continent, and I got to spend time with her last year (she lives in the UK) when she backpacked around Australia (with regular stops in every capital city to pick up her meds that her parents were sending over periodically).

Sparkie, you're an absolute inspiration. <3

Yeah I know she is lovely... (from what I can tell :)) I don't remember that bloke from Heartbreak High but her last boyfriend was an arsehole also.

Glad you're happy with the move C0tb :) I'm assuming you got that duck from one of those shops in the Valley. Mmm they smell so good!
