I have been trying to get clean off of heroin by using subutex...it hasnt worked...I know that playing your own doctor is not recommended so i have an apt with an addiction psychiatrist tomorrow morning. The thing is, I just discovered that what I have been injecting for the last few weeks is actually china white or fent-dope as it is pure white and disolves completely when heated. I also start to feel WDs after 4 hours or so instead of 8...I just shot my last bag and i need to know if its wise to cop more or should i allow myself to go into WDs and see my doctor in the morning.,..I have two subutex on tuck but not sure what to do..They told me I was going to see an addiction counselor first and then he would refer me to doctor or whatever...Any suggestions? Should I stay well on the stuff I have been getting until I go in? Should I get sick and wait it out and go see him sick? Whats the most logical thing to do to avoid the most discomfort possible?

You think you've been using fentanyl because it is white and is water soluble?
That's far from a good way to ID a substance.
All #4 heroin should be water soluble (without adding heat or acid) - and plenty of dope is white.
Here in Australia most dope is white (or off-white grey-brown) #4.
You cant judge it on those 2 qualities (solubilty and colour) alone.
It moght just havr been good quality heroin...
I don't know how to answer your question, but i will point out that subutex/suboxone is really good for tapering off a habit.
If you use the search engine to find "buperenorphine rapid taper" or "bupe rapid taper" you should find plenty of information on this method.
It worked really well for me, and lots of other people too.
