I didn't realize it until now but I took both of those last night and I have been throwing up and I have been dehydrated. I haven't been to sleep since. Vyvance keeps you up and Lorazepam can put you to sleep. I am scared what the fuck do I do?

go to the doctor if you are that afraid for your life. or smoke some weed and see if that will calm you down.

If you are afraid for your life then go to the ER. If you only took a normal dose of each then it is unlikely that anything is wrong though. If you are genuinely afraid then go the the doctor right away instead of posting on here.
While you wait make sure you drink lots of water and try and stay calm.

Mugz is right, just to add to this (and give you a little peace of mind hopefully) when people overdose on amphetamines, one of the treatments used in the ER is benzodiazepines.
If these were inherently dangerous when mixed, I doubt this would be the case.
