I accidentally took 20mg Lexapro when I take 10mg will I be ok?

I accidentally took 20mg of lexapro, when I usually take 10mg will I be ok? Should I skip taking the lexapro tomorrow, or should I take my regular dose of 10mg?

To prevent this happening again I will get a pill box that has the days on it. Please move this to the proper forum thanks.

20mg is a therapeutic dose (usually the top end, though occasionally doctors will go up to 30) so yes, you will be fine. Do not skip your next dose as SSRI withdrawal is a nasty bugger to contend with.

You will be fine. Skipping lexapro for one day does not cause any sort of withdrawal. Just take your normal dose either the next day, or the day after.

you will be fine just take your next daily 10mg dose like normal
if anything which i highly doubt you might feel a little weird again i highly highly doubt it but no reason to get scared just know its the medicine and nothing else
