I abused 6-APB quite heavily. Very worried about the damage I have done, please read.

I am the worst person in the world and have abused this RC. I know that I am incredibly stupid and pathetic, but please, try to guide me in the right direction. I did 2 grams of 6-APB powder from a very reputable vendor in the span of around twenty days, never more than 200-250mg a day and never more than 150mg a dose. I dissolved the powder in water.
I stopped doing it and haven't done it for about five days now. Since I stopped I have obviously felt ill, but I like to think that I'm feeling a little better today. I have had symptoms of serotonin syndrome such as vomiting, nausea, dizzyness, no energy etc. I have been eating healthy since I stopped.

Should I see a doctor? My symptoms aren't THAT bad as it is, I'm just worried they might get worse, since I've read that serotonin syndrome could be lethal if left untreated. I've gotten gradually better, but I still don't seem 'normal' at all. I have less energy really and tend to shake a bit after doing something mild physical work. I don't feel cold or particularly hot.
I have not been able to find out whether or not serotonin syndrome can still be present even days or weeks after taking the drug, which is why I am still very scared and hence why I'm writing this. Could it be benine results of quitting the drug after such a long binge, or something different?

I feel like I have done something very horrible and I am totally in the dark! please help

I used to abuse 6-apb quite a lot too, I'm not sure if it gave me side effects or not but I feel fine now. Take some 5-HTP and it may help as it does with serotonin depleting drugs.
 
I'd just ride it out if I were you. Stretching 6-apb out over 20 days is going to do terrible things to your physical and mental well-being, but the damage shouldn't be permanent. Expect to have a great deal of low mood, depersonalisation, depression etc, and if these are too much to bear then yes, go see a doctor for some relief. The best advice I can give is that you don't do this again. Drugs like 6-apb, mda, mdma are not ones to be taken daily. Or even weekly. Limit yourself to once a month at least from now on, and you won't run in to problems like this to the same degree.

Moving over to PD as 6-apb is their turf.

you also might want to change your diet to super-healthy for the next weeks to let your body regain nutrients, vitamins and especially tryptophan. eat lots of bananas, avocados, eggs, cashews, pumpkin seeds to regain that serotonin that you burnt. although there is l-tryptophan as food additive in pills, i'd recommend getting it through normal, healthy food. plenty of more stuff you also need comes with a good diet.

once your body gets better, your mindset will follow.
