Nodding on the couch, in bed, in a warm bath or in a hot shower, itching and scratching themselves a lot, puking if they take a lot, maybe smoking or vaping some herb for the synergistic effect of THC with an opiate high, or if they run out of prescribed pills hypothetically calling someone up to get more hydro/oxy, or get some dope since it's cheaper.
