Stimulants hyperventilating from vasoconstricted nose from oral adderall?

so i whichever way i take prescription adderall i will always end up with a vasocontricted nose i can look up my nose and see that its hollower than usual to be honest ive probably put things that shouldnt go up there in the past now since my nose gets vasocontricted theres no nasal resistance for the amount of air i breath so i end up breathing more air than normal and start hyperventilating after a couple hours along with loud nasal breathing. is there such thing as a nasal vasodilator i can get otc or from a doc? its become quite a nuisance not being able to focus or maybe some sort of nasal inserts to slow the air down?

You can try niacin if it makes you feel better about your imagined affliction.

^ Do research before answering please, he's right, it's very likely that vasoconstriction from Adderall is causing overly cleared airways. Tissues like sinuses or the penis are mostly exposed and show the greatest volume decrease. Sometimes the vasoconstriction is so overwhelming, temporary erectile dysfunction occurs.

An option would be combining clonidine with Adderall. For Adderall amounts of 40mg/day, the correct amount of clonidine required to counter the vasoconstriction would be 0.2mg.

Since that's a lot of clonidine, you will likely not be able to take that much, realistically, you will likely take 0.05mg/20mg Adderall, but even in smaller amounts, great improvement is added to the vasoconstriction problem.
