Can you get high off of hydroxyzine? If so, how many mg does it take? And what does the high feel like?

 

Not really unless you call maybe feeling sleepy, high. It is an anti-histamine is used to relieve the itching caused by allergies and to control nausea and vomiting.

No, it is not going to "get you high".

I enjoy hydroxyzine for its anxiolytic properties. It is also used as a sleep aid though it is not overly sedating.

I would save it for anxiety/sleep issues/poison oak/ivy to relieve itching and histamine release.
