hydroxyzine potentiation question

Alright i got a couple tylenol 3s at hand and 3 hydroxyzine 25mg caps. I have a pretty big tolerance to opiates so im tryin to get the most out of these.
Tolerance is about 1-2 roxicodone 30 mg
I plan too:
Take the 75mg of hydroxyzine 20 min before i take the codeine
Take 270mg codeine and 2700mg tylenol

I know i should probably eat before i take any of this or puking will happen
But in all does this sound good?

That is a lot of tylenol to be taking at once though, I would recommend a CWE to get rid of most of the APAP

2.7 grams of apap in one dose is quite a bit. Its certainly not going to kill you but its not good for your liver at all so please consider CWE'ing.
