Hey, I recently got a new source for my hydromorphone because my old source is dead (Not as in the person is dead but he cannot provide me with any more of his stuff)

My new source is selling me BRAND NAME Dilaudid (I'm not sure exactly which brand, its a D on one side, and a 1 on the other, it's green and it's a small round pill, I don't post this for the purpose of identification since I know it's not legal, but I do know what the product is, it's 1 milligram hydromorphone, I just don't know which brand so I don't think it's bad if you say which brand you think it is.)

Anyway point is, the difference between the generic and the brand name Dilaudid is the strenght of the side effect. I find the hydromorphone effect to be exactly the same between the generics and the brand named ones, but the side effects are alot stronger on the brand names.

I feel alot more itching all over my body when I'm using the brand name ones, that used to be an issue but it seems that 2x Antihistamine 25mg seems to do the trick for this... The only real problem now is that it's heavy sedation of both the antihistamine and the hydromorphone knock me out of order within 1 and a half hour, I feel sedated and almost impossible to stay awake, even with energy drinks.

Do anyone have any kind of trick I could use to be able to stay awake... I'll try it because I hate taking 4mg of dilaudid and having to sleep it off halfways of my "high" time.

Any help is appreciated.

Dude, I told you this the other day. You will not keep getting sedation from diphenhydramine after a few days. It is temporary.

Don't add in a stimulant, at least not yet. We want to avoid that at all costs.
