my advice: avoid the fing dilaudid. i understand that you have little to no opiate experience, etc., but oral hydromorphone just doesn't do much of anything. from my personal experience, snorting it also completely sucks. intravenously, there is an intense rush, followed (again this is subjective so maybe not the same for everyone) by little to no actual high. trade your dilaudid pills to someone for some roxies or something, dose carefully, and actually enjoy an opiate. unless you want to throw caution and harm reduction completely out the window, dilaudid is really not going to be worth it. imo of course. i'm sure others disagree.

I personally enjoy nasal dilaudid. Only takes me about 4 mg to feel it, and I have a fair tolerance. The buzz has no "legs", though, for me. Wears off quick unless I have something to go with it.

LOL. on a side note, dillies are pretty potent when snorted with no tolerance. if i had no tolerance, i would start out snorting half of a 4mg and if i felt okay to do the other half 45 minutes later, i would. of course...that is what i would do. you are different. happy trails!

I swear when I first took an 8mg orally I didn't feel it too much, and I just smoked weed back then although I had eaten hydrocodone before so I knew the euphoric feeling....But when I snorted just half of one I was having the time of my life playing basketball.

I think you would be fine snorting 2mg...working your way up to 4mg honestly.
