hydromorphone?

Im new to this, quit taking tabs because my liver is acting up, the dr gave me dilaudid-hydromorphone 8mg, supposed to take half a pill four times a day..They dont do anything to me? No buzz and back still hurts..I thought these were supposed to be kind of strong?? They also gave me fentanyl patchs just put one on but hasnt done anything yet. Just wondering.
 
Hydromorphone is strong... if you IV it. Otherwise it's pretty weak... you can snort them to get better effect though it's still a waste IMO if you're taking enough tabs that the APAP is a problem oral hydromorphone isn't gonna do too much to you unless you take quite a bit.

The fentanyl on the other hand will be damn strong no matter how you take it.
 
Dilaudid is great IVED but I dont recommend needles. Maybe you can snort them but the BA isnt that great either.
