Opioids hydromorphone thread

I personally use dilaudid a lot mostly in pill form but sometimes in syrup form
if its daylight out (9-5pm) then I'll take a max of 8mg but if its before or past that then my max is 15 mg


what are your guys experiences and thoughts on hydromorphone

Love it i used to slam so much of it back in the day. Dont do that though ffs that was a fuck of a addiction. Only thing is it doesent last nearly as long as morphine so you get sick way quicker

I try to keep myself in check with opioids
I also am leveling down in doses after my trip to Japan where I went a little to hard on it

Hydromorphone is Amazing when a potent opioid is required. Actually slightly more potent than Diacetylmorphine (Heroin) and in a study with Heroin users, they couldn’t differentiate between the two via IV injections

Sandoz Pharmaceuticals manufacturers a tiny 10ml glass vial loaded with an entire gram of Hydromorphone
