Hydromorphone Question

Hello I just recently had surgery this weekend on my left shoulder. I was prescribed some 4mg Hydromorphone. I was wondering which is the best method to use these recreationally. Also what is the high like from them?
 
There is a Hydromorphone/Dilaudid Mega Thread....any info you need or want will be found in there.

Personally, I have only ever IV'd a Dilly, but I would never recommend that ROA for HR aspects. Plugging (rectal) has been reported to be VERY effective.

IV them or mail them to me...jk bro,they will be decent to snort if you have zero to little tolerance.but IV is honestly the best way to use dilaudid aka hydromorphone,I think every junkie in the world would agree with me on that!
 
PLUG PLUG PLUG.

I have done hydro every way possible over the last year and plugging wins. If you're after a nice, euphoric, warm&fuzzy feeling, plugging is the best.

And it lasts the longest. And is a million times safer than iv or even snorting.

Look it up, learn how and bend over.

Go and read my thread called "how to get the most out of the drug your snorting"

but you should only snort one if you have no opiate tolerance at all.

my post will teach you how to get the best nod from snorting this medication a certain way

I remember looking into this at one point and found that the rectal BA for hydromorphone was considerably lower that nasal. Is that correct?
 
i think you should go for the butt, your fucking lucky guy to have hydromorphone, i've had opana ER 20s , they only made me have more pain... crazy right?
 
Bluelight has a chart somewhere that shows the rectal BA of hydro to be lower than nasal.

IT's WRONG.

This has been discussed many times.

I'm not a chemist but I'm pretty sure All opiates have a high rectal BA, second only to IV.

Plus it's the most fun ROA!
 
Ive also tried HydroM and i gotta say i agree plugging is the most effective way besides IV to administer them... first time i ever tried it i ate 6mg and only had a slight tolerance but hardly felt anything.. if you can mix 2mgHM/15-20mgOxy and plug that.. dillies have no legs IMO but if you can combine them with another opie you get a helluva rush and its gonna last you a bit ;]

lol sound like a couple of ass freaks, but seriously this is real data , (we were wrong) in da butt is a waste

bioavailability of 51.35 +/- 29.29% oral and 36.33 +/- 29.60% rectal
 
I love to bang the big red 30 mg hydromorphs we get here in Canada....sigh no more though now that im on methadone again,for the third time.but having the big red dillies might make it possible to break through my dose
