Ok so like an hour ago, on a completely empty stomach, i preformed my very own adapted ColdWaterExtraction process on what i miss id'd as vicodins, then after some research on the ever so enlightening BLUE LIGHT search engine, learned I was in sweet possession of 20mL's of pure hydromorphone syrup, I gulped my nectar down!

This is the first hour, i'm somewhat nervous about the peak, as, i think im already peaking on the opiate.. the euphoria is gorgeous, as its a BEAUTIFUL cool spring day outside, and im using this experience doing yard sculpting, (flowers, art, etc).. I had to come in and sit down cause I kept getting the nods, nods so good I feel as though i get a few hours of sleep... i started nodding about 20 minutes after ingestion..

wow, i like hydromorphone.. its sweet.

oh yeah, my potentiator, a big ice cold glass of cherry coca cola, set it in nice..

im silly giddy.. and talked my neighbors ear off.. woohoo the opiate buzz!

now if i had a sweet girly over to play with... cause this stuff making me feel weird that way..
all gooogly headed.
 
ok its like hours later, i was gonna continually update that, but i've nodded like for hours, and now im starving, and i keep nodding so for harm reductions sake, don't repeat the above mentioned procedure, 40mg's would be PLENTY... whoa..

I seriously doubt you took 80mgs of Hydromorphone. Your report is very unclear. Vicoden is Hydrocodone, and you mentioned a cold water extraction in which you later found out the drug was indeed Hydromorphone? Taking 80mgs of Hydromorphone would be like taking over 200mgs of Hydrocodone, and that would be enough to seriously put someone's life in danger.
 
^^^ i take 100 to 150 mg's a day..(hydrocodone) how so??? it woulda just been a hella nod, which it was......
 
he said he only drank 20 mg or hydromorphone syrup.....

he also said he did an extraction??why would he do this if it was already in a 20 ml pure form????

why does it say 80 mg on the title?

why does he metion 40 mg being plenty???

if u did 80 mg, im not sure if hydromorphone would completely stop your heart but u would be out cold, barfing your guts up including blood and whatever else u got in there.im preaty sure 80 mg would kill u though,without tolerance.

i wouldnt take 40 mg if i were u, but if u wanna be stupid about it, go right ahead.make sure u post the experience though, id enjoy a good laugh.
 
I don't know about that. Dilaudid XR has 50 times the concentration of Hydromorphone HCl per ml than regular Dilaudid. It's for tolerant patients, but that would be one fucking hell of a tolerance. Suppose a post-op pain killing effect would require 4mg? I had a double dose, 8mg flowing ever 10 minutes, IV. In addition I would get 4mg more at every press of a button, 5 times an hour max. So thats 20mg + 48mg = 68mg IV per hour. 80mg doesn't sound that ridiculous, especially orally.
 
Goddamn man you went through 80 mg for ONE DAMN HIGH!!! 80mg of dillaudid would certanily last a hell lot longer if you would snort it, snorted hydromorphone is much more effective then oral. 15mg snorted is a heavenly high, though you dont need that much. 3mg-6mg snorted for me gives me a nice relaxing opiate high, and take away any kind of sickness from opiates.

I still dont get it. He did a cwe on what? Pills he thought were vikes? If you have a 100-150mg a day hydrocodone habit, how do you mistake hydromorphone (tiny little pills) with vikes (huge pills). Also if he did a cwe on 80mg worth of pills, he definitely ended up with less than 80mg, but that's besides the point. This report is confusing, there are things that just don't add up.

yes, they were hydromorphones, they werent tiny little pills..

i started with a total of 80mg's, did a cwe, ended up with 20ml's of fluid.. drank.. got way toasted, my tolerance to opiates is insane.. on a good day, i can eat anywhere from 10x10mg vicodins, PLUS 2x120 Avinza, and smoke weed,
and probably take a few oxycodones.. its not so unusual..
there are people out there that weigh a hundred pounds more then most, and have ridicuolous tolerances.

only reason i mistaked the pills, cause this person told me that he thought thats what they were, i didnt really care... as i knew they were an opiate, because i had seen them before..

caffeine DOES potentiate...

lets see, what else,

80mg's of hydromorphone isnt all that much..

etc...

Ok, I'm not an expert on Hydromorphone. I've only used it three times, and I've never taken it orally. The first, I insufflated 4mgs (total waste). The second, I IV'ed 4mgs (was one of the best Opiate/Opioid highs I've ever had). The last, I was coming up on 30mgs of Hydrocodone and 2mgs of Xanax, and I insufflated 4mgs of Hydromorphone. This time, the nasal method added alot to the high. Anyhow, it seems that even 40mgs for someone without a tolerance would be outrageous, especially if IV'ed.
