In case any future readers want to know, I snorted 2mg at 10:37, and then another 2mg at 11:04 and had a pretty good lasting euphoria comparable to ~25-30mg Hydrocodone. I ended up not taking the Valium. 50mg of Dramamine did good for nausea and itching.

I'm glad you got high from the Dilaudid, most really wouldn't have got that high from just 4mg spaced out. You would have got higher if you took it all at once but it wouldn't last long. Very surprised you find it comparable to 30mg of Hydrocodone.

4mg of Hydromorphone is equivalent to 16mg Hydrocodone. But that is according to oral route. I suppose it would be x1.5 more potent insufflated

And as for the best route...4mg of IV Hydromorphone is equivalent to 80mg Hydrocodone
