ive got a prescription for hydromorphone hp 10 injection......... im taking 3mg every 2 hours subcutanious........sometimes for the rush i do it IV at 2-3mg.......my question is some of you guys IV hydromorphone pills up to 16mg damn thats crazy is it because its the pill form so you can do more or with the actual injection solution like hydro hp 10 you can do the same?????because at 3 mg i get a nice buzz
 
It's tolerance, end of thread. If you keep that up you will need 16mg and beyond too, it's not a goal you want to pursue- most users wish they could get the same rush and intense high that they could with no tolerance on 1-2mg IV. Also, after you need 8mg+ to get that rush the high very quickly goes away and at about 10mg+ I find that there is virtually no nigh, or 'legs', after the rush. Take it slow and consider taking some days off between uses if it is an option to avoid this. If you use hydromorphone daily you will stop getting high and needing a lot more in a matter of a few days to a week or two.
 
like i said im taking 3mg SC every 2 hours(prescription post surgery)so actually im taking 36mg a day............i do it IV once in a while for fun thats it and the rest of the time its SC for pain control
 
i have a 5ml vial and was wondering how much shoulc i do with a tolerence.. but ccs (i dont know how many mg it is in liquid).. i use a half cc syringe.. it says 50mg/5ml.. is that 50 mg all together than.. 10 mg a ml.. haha idk i tried a little but didnt get a rush gonna i did it after doin some dope wait til tomorrow in the am,, best part is some one just gave this to me to day !! sweet

You must be in alot of pain to get a prescription for IV hydromorphone, but man at the same time you're lucky (don't get me wrong not happy about your pain but hydromorphone... Man...). Also Preparing a 5mg pill will never be the same as using a prepared 5 mg solution, it's not only tolerance.
 
i just did 3 8mg pills yesterday iv all at once and felt nothing at all, yer fucking lucky like the above poster said to feel 2 or 3 mgs at all
