Hydromorphone HCL injectable liquid?

Hello I recently found a vial of Hydromorphone HCL and wanted to know how much I can I inject without OD. I don't have a opiate tolerance anymore so I for sure don't want to
mess up. I've shot up before but would also like anyone to help me with an easy route for IV injection. I also take 1-2mg of xanax a day, I haven't taken any today but will be taking 1mg soon. I plain on taking the hydromorphone later on tonight so am I going to be ok?
 
I agree that it is incredibly dangerous injecting opiates without a tolerance, compound that risk with benzos and you are asking for trouble at least in my eyes. I would say without a tolerance you should be able to handle 1mg IV'ed without any benzos at all. I do not know for sure but I would think 1mg wouldnt be too much, considering with a low tolerance you need 2-4mg in my experience.

I would wait for others to respond and NO XANAX.
 
Hydromorphone injectable liquid orally given?

I was wondering if I could simply drink a bit of the H.M instead of injecting it due to me taking benzo's every day and I do have high tolerance for benzo's but I just don't want to OD; I mixed Oxy with xanax many times and mixed xanax with barbs and other opiates (Hydrocodone, OxyCodone, OP's-yes I know it's the same as oxy pure but it's time released) but my tolerance has dropped from like 4mg of xanax to 2mg max and I haven't had a barb in a while. I also have a slight very small tolerance to opiates due to me taking 5-10mg of hydro everyday and have been for at least 4 years now.
 
Yes, you can drink the liquid. Take it easy...small amounts every 15-20 minutes to see how you feel and go up from there. Be safe.

No problem. Although if you've been sober for a while just remember that your tolerance will not be what it once was. You're pretty much starting at zero. That's how a lot of people OD so really be easy.
 
Ok so I was wrong BUT, I luckily reread the vial and it said 2mg/ml not every 5ml so I realized that I only needed 15 units orally under my tongue. It hit me in under 15 mins and fully 'peaked' after 30 mins and a cig. I also took Pepcid (1000mg Calicum Cabronate). Personally this is great, not to intense not to rushy, very mellow and nice. Basically feels like a high dose of hydrocodone (60mg-80mg depending on how you react to opiates I'm sensitive to opiates; for a light weight of opiates I suppose). I do recommend pills over the injectable fluid because the fluid can up set your stomach and cause bad neasua.
 
If i were in this circumstance I would I.V. 1mg.. great rush feels good.. They give you same amount, sometimes more in the hospital for pain.. to people who have never touched an opiate ever before.
 
Np for the 'trip report' I had fun and still am high :) also if you're carful you can add hydrocodone to up the nod a bit (I needed 5mg ONLY! So it depends on the person, toloerence, weight, etc... Also I may inject it when I get down to 2mgs, I really do wish to try it but I want some what of a toloerence first to be on the safe side :)
