hey friends I had a question

I sniffed 100 mg total of amphetamine 7 hours ago and feel nothing at the moment

I am going to sniff some Hydromorphone right now. I have a very low opiate tolerance and was planning on sniffing 8-10mg

will this be ok, or would I end up in the ER?

I'm looking forward to your response

Thanks!

Well, there's no inherent danger of mixing an upper and a downer. The problem lies in personal tolerance / intake ability, and the masking effect of mixing said uppers and downers.

So to say, if you OD on an opiate, and are also up on a stimulant, the stim will mask the opiate OD until it wears off and leaves you done for. Bad news, that. :(

Only you can know for sure if it's safe - by keeping your individual doses in check w/ your normal intake (and in fact a bit lower, as you'll get a synergistic high from the two).

Worst case, take 1/2 the hydromorphone first, then the other half 20-30 minutes later if you're comfortable in doing so.

Have fun and be safe!

8 - 10 mg Dilaudid snorted is a hefty dose for someone with little tolerance.

I ended up doing 6mg and just finishing up with my last dose right now (started about an 1 1/2 ago so I took it slow and waited 30m between each pill like Pjkt2501 recommended

I feel pretty good, nothing instance but its good

thanks for all the awesome help man

Good that you waited a while between lines of the hydromorphone - the pills are pretty much 99% filler (not positive, but the 2mg of chemical inside the Dilaudid pills is tiny). If you do it all in one go it'll all just become an oral ROA (via the drip), and you won't get anything but numb from them. (Guess that's not entirely HR, but it'll prevent you from wasting it / doing too much).
