Hydromorphone (exalgo)

So can someone that has experience with opiates but no tolerance handle a 16 mg exalgo and how long is the wait for tolerance to drop back down after that use.

Hey there Hellion, as with any opiate, just start small. Maybe take half of it, wait 30-60 minutes, and take the rest if you feel so inclined. I don't think that taking hydromorphone one time will raise your tolerance at all, so I would say your tolerance will be back to where it was maybe 48 hours after you take the drug?
