Opioids Hydromorphone Contin. Double what I usually snort, but taken orally?

Snorting Hydromorphine is taking a toll on my nose and lungs. I am wondering if I doubled the amount I usually snort, and took it orally, if that is enough to OD. I have a pretty decent tolerance. I have been snorting hydros, off and on for five years. I started back up again about 4 months ago. What would be too much to take orally. When I crush them and take orally, I wrap the powder in toilet paper, and swallow with water.

Also you might be suffering from anxiety induced from the lowering dose or chasing a high. Maybe move back to an oral dose that just keeps the pain at bay and stop worrying about the high for now. And like said maybe a light dose of an long acting benzo will help or maybe a low dose of a gabapentinoid.

I was snorting 36mg a day, 9mg at a time. Nothing crazy, I just started back on them, not too long ago, so thats "kinda" a good thing lol.

How do those bioavailability numbers work. What exactly do they mean? I understand the +, but what does the - mean.
